📦 Shipping

When do you ship orders?

Batches are shipped 1-2x a week. You will receive an email notification from my store when your item has shipped. I try to package as speedy (and lovingly!) as possible, so thank you for your patience! 🏃‍♀️ 🙇🏻‍♀️

Do you provide tracking?

Yes! You will receive an email with tracking info (via USPS) around the status of your order.

Where do you ship?

Hurray, I now ship globally! 🌎 ✈️

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items are shipped from California, USA. 

  • Domestic orders will take from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. 
  • International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 - 12 weeks.

If your package does not arrive within this timeframe, please check your tracking status and/or contact your local postal service.

How do you determine shipping charges?

Shipping costs are based on USPS & UPS prices for your country. I try to make it as affordable as possible, but unfortunately it's not something I have complete control over.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT TAXES ARE NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. It may be beneficial for you to check on your countries fees for international imports before ordering, as I do not cover those costs.

 

🌻 Preorders

How do preorders work in your store? What happens if I purchase a preorder and an available/regular item?

Preorders last until the date stated and are not ordered until then. These items are roughly shipped ~2.5 months after the end of the preorder period (this is due to contacting suppliers, waiting on production time, and shipping the actual items). 

If you wish to receive non-preorder items faster, please order separately. Any orders containing a non-preorder + preorder item will be shipped together.

I post regularly on IG stories/Twitter for updates on preorder items, so stay tuned there for updates! 

 

🤝 Refunds/Exchanges

Is it possible to get an exchange/refund?

All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. However, if an item you purchased arrives damaged/missing/wrong, please contact me!

My item came damaged. What do I do? 

We never like receiving damaged goods 😫 if your mail comes in bended, ripped, or damaged in any format due to mishandled shipping, please do the following:

  • Take pictures of both the parcel/mailer AND the damaged goods. Show specific areas where the damage took place.
  • Email/contact me directly about your order with the respective photos.
  • I will do my best to reship your order!

 

🌱 Other Product Inquiries

Do you sign prints?

Yes I do! Please leave a note in your order and the default is for me to use a black sharpie on the front. If you have another location you prefer make sure to write it out - I'll follow your instructions best I can! 
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately my packaging is standardized - both wrapping & freebies vary depending on how much you spend. With that being said, if you write a note explaining this is a gift with a small message, I'm happy to write that for you!
